Ingredients:

- 2 cod fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp wasabi paste (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions or sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Wasabi Sauce
